Situational Judgment Test is a popular psychological tool used by assessment companies, employers and organizations to evaluate applications behavioral and cognitive abilities when introduced with hypothetical, daily work relayed scenarios. SJTs do not have a specific format and often have different criteria. Situational Judgment Tests have become increasingly popular as tools for recruitment because they can assess job-related skills which other assessments are unable to measure such as problem-solving, decision making or interpersonal skills.
